Title I Special Allocation Procedures
This session explains the general Title I formula and data sources. The application of the Title I funding formula will then be utilized to discuss three special cases: CEP, charter schools, and virtual schools.

Julia Martin
Julia Martin is the Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the Bruman Group, a law firm based in Washington, DC. Before working at the firm, she worked on Capitol Hill for both a member of Congress and a Congressional committee on issues relating to education and social policy. Julia has presented for more than a decade on similar topics and has hands-on experience drafting federal legislation and working in Congress.
