The Gift of Achievement

There is nothing more euphoric than the feeling achieved from a job well done, a goal achieved, a personal best celebrated. But how do we always know that we are achieving? What we know is that each and every child, classroom, school and district has the opportunity and the ability to achieve at high levels but may just need a system to track success and barriers along the way. The 4 Disciplines of Execution provides that system through identifying the wildly important, working through lead measures, developing scoreboards and practicing daily accountability. While the results and data are extremely impressive, so are the faces, the stories and the pure joy that result from several of the students, classrooms, schools and districts that will be shared. With a "we can do this" paradigm, celebration becomes an ongoing source of hope, success and focus.
