Schools of Choice: Updates and Requirements
This session will review all of the updates as they apply to schools of choice. Topics will include a review of the executive order on school choice, updates and requirements for equitable services to private schools, charter school oversight, voucher programs, relevant Supreme Court and federal court decisions, and recent school choice guidance.

Ms. Kesslar has been an education lawyer and consultant for over 19 years, working for state educational agencies, school districts, and other organizations on federal education compliance since she began her career.
