Glow Up: Creating a High Impact Culture for Maximum Student Success
As a proud 2022 National ESEA Distinguished School, Camas Prairie Elementary will share our journey from under-performing to barely-performing to distinguished over the course of five short years. We will share our experience of actualized concrete systems and structures as well as the all-too-nebulous cultural components necessary for school improvement. Additionally, we will highlight our extensive use of professional learning teams/communities, multi-tiered systems of support, and developing a school where high expectations of learning are required for all; after all, success breeds success!
