Lorena Mancilla

Lorena Mancilla is the lead developer and researcher of family engagement initiatives at WIDA. Lorena has over ten years of experience in the field of EL education and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in curriculum and instruction at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her research focuses on how Latino families engage in language learning.
