Ignacio Lopez, Ed.D. is an educational leader and school psychologist. He has an eared doctorate degree in Educational Psychology. Dr. Lopez has been an English teacher, reading teacher, AVID teacher, and curriculum administrator in the Chicago Public Schools. Dr. Lopez’s scholarship and research focuses on ways in which schools are influenced by culturally responsive teaching and community-school relationships. He has served as an advisor and engaged in collaborative research with several large urban school districts. He is an elected school board member for Illinois School District 73 and consults with schools and districts across the country.
