Laura and Jennie have been teacher specialists with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools Title I Office for the past two years. Their focus in this role is supporting schools that are identified as Targeted Support and Improvement through the use of school improvement strategies such as data protocols and effective progress monitoring. Laura has also served in a leadership role at the elementary level where these strategies were implemented.
