Movement Method: a science based approach to enhance learning, well-being and resilience in families, schools and communities. It has been the accepted wisdom over the past decade that education and learning are separate from healing and well-being. The science shows us otherwise. The body in motion produces neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity produces perspective. Perspective produces mental and emotional well-being. Movement Method shows how to combine kinesthetic learning, academics, mindful self compassion and therapeutic approaches in a seamless package that switches off the cell danger response in the brain. And opens the way to, often, radical positive transformation. Our framework helps to develop coping skills, work through depression and anxiety while developing resilience for the adults and children within families, schools and communities. Preventing or reversing burn out, anxiety and other stress related conditions.
