James Payne

A native of Adel, Georgia…. James has served in education for 11 years. As principal of Liberty Point Elementary, James lead efforts that have caused his school to be removed from Georgia’s Failing Schools List (rising from an F to C Grade). James’ first experience using video on his campus occurred supporting the research conducted by the Harvard Best Foot Forward Project in 2014.
