Mr. Martinez brings a wide range of experiences from multiple levels of education systems including elementary EL teaching; adult ESL teaching; university instruction; district-level administration; and at the state department in New Mexico. Mr. Martinez is passionate and committed to biliteracy/ multiliteracy skills development and brings depth of knowledge in many EL content areas particularly on assessment and accountability.
