Prioritizing Educator Collaboration for the Success of Bi/Multilingual Learners

As the number of bi/multilingual learners, specifically students formally identified as English learners, continues to rise, schools find themselves in need of creating opportunities for collaboration among academic content and language educators. Featuring several short vignettes, this presentation shines light on the challenges and opportunities of classroom and building leaders to collaborate for purposes of lifting up one another and jointly supporting the academic and linguistic success of bi/multilingual learners. Attendees will gain insights into innovative, evidence-based approaches and strategies to enhance their collaborative practices at the classroom and school level.
