ESSER Allowability and Preparing for Transition

This session will review the most recent guidance on the Elementary and Secondary Education School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund as well as discuss hot topics like preparing for transition and the end of ESSER funding. The presentation will review how to ensure timely spending of expenditures including construction, capital expenditures, and discuss potential options and limitations regarding extension of the liquidation period. The session will also discuss any and all applicable audit or monitoring findings made to date.
