Empowering Education Leaders: Building Talent, Trust and Teams

Our presentation will include the plan and structure used to support leaders in our region around leadership self-awareness, leading in a positive way, being a positive team member, and using staff input to address teacher morale with a sustainable process to continue to improve. Successes will be shared about two school districts with a focus on the teacher morale work. Specific training took place for the above topics for our 31 schools districts. The goal of the presentation is to share possible ideas to help leaders with self-awareness, positive leadership, positive teams, and teacher morale. Addressing these four topics has given leaders targeted content to work at moving the needle on culture and climate that will directly impact the achievement of the students.
