2019 NAESPA Summer Meeting
Policies
All major credit cards are accepted for payment and are processed directly through the attendee Dashboard.
Credit cards entered for payment are charged immediately and may not be replaced at a later date with an alternate payment method. Credit card statements will reflect a charge from ESEA/A+Events.
Purchase orders are not payments, but may be used to obtain a check.
Checks are accepted as payment under very specific circumstances, as outlined in the Check Payment Instructions and W9 Form.
$239.00 registration or $539 registration + membership, per member
Preregistration is required to attend all or any portion of the meeting. One-day registration is not available.
Members are those with current, paid in full Association membership dues.
Registrations and hotel reservations are confirmed only upon payment in full.
Hotel reservations are available through June 21, if not already sold out.
Both meeting registration and hotel reservations may be held without payment through July 17, 2019.
All unpaid registrations and/or hotel reservations will automatically expire on July 18, 2019.
Items that have been paid in full are eligible for a full refund (less a $25 administrative fee) through July 17, 2019.
Registrations and hotel reservations may be transferred, at no cost, from one attending member to another eligible member at any time. All such substitutions must be transacted by completing the Online Substitution Form.
Cancellations may be made at any time by submitting the Online Cancellation Form. Attendee meeting registration and hotel reservations are eligible for a 100% refund (less a $25 administrative fee) if the change form is received on or before July 17, 2019.
No refunds are available beginning July 18, 2019.
Changes to existing hotel reservations may be requested using the Online Hotel Adjustment Form.
$539.00 registration per prospective member - This price includes a coupon for $299 to apply to an annual Association membership, if you decide you’d like to join at any point from when registration is paid to 30 days after the meeting. More information about membership can be found here.

Membership in the Association is open to any individual working with in a state's department of education who is involved in managing their state's federal education programs.
