The Effective Programs committee shall be responsible for investigating, reviewing and keeping the membership informed about issues surrounding quality indicators of effective ESEA programs. On behalf of the Committee, the chair will act as the quality indicators of effective ESEA programs advisor to the President, Board of Directors, and the Association.
