She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with K-12 Endorsements in Structured English Immersion and Reading. Before coming to Pearson, she was an educator for 14 years in Title I schools across Minnesota and Arizona as an Interventionist and Literacy Coach. Kajsa has a wealth of knowledge & experience in working with struggling readers and english language learners. Her speaking engagements include the Minnesota State Department of Education and the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth.
