An LEA’s Overview of Providing Equitable Services: Equitable Services 101
Live Wednesday, September 24th, 2025
This webinar is available free of charge but requires registration.

This foundational session is designed to provide a clear and practical understanding of Local Educational Agencies' (LEAs) responsibilities under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) regarding equitable services. Participants will explore the core principles of equitable services, including eligibility, consultation requirements, and service delivery models for private school students and educators. The session will walk through the lifecycle of equitable services—from initial consultation to program implementation and evaluation—highlighting key compliance checkpoints and best practices. Whether you're new to the topic or looking to refresh your knowledge, this session will equip you with the tools and confidence to support equitable access to federally funded programs.
