Michael Anderson is an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education.  He provides legal advice on a number of Federal education programs, including Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.

Kevin works on policy and implementation issues related to the federal school meal programs. His areas of specialization include free and reduced price benefits policy and the School Breakfast Program. he worked on Agriculture, Education, Labor, and Pension issues in the U.S. Senate.

Ms. Morris oversees the administration and implementation of ESEA Title I, Part A, Migrant Education, Neglected and Delinquent Youth, Homeless Education, and Rural & Low Income Schools programs. She has been with FDE for over 20. She holds a B.S. in Social Sciences & Public Policy from Florida State

Phyllis coordinates Title I, Title III and Title X federal grants and oversees the volunteer program for the Hamilton school district. Her educational experience includes classroom teacher, school & district administration and over 15 years as coordinator/director of federal and state programs in FL.

Dr. Radke directs the administration of Title I, Part A and other Federal and State programs. The Office of Field Services' mission is to accelerate student achievement and close persistent achievement gaps through school improvement and the maximization of allowable uses of supplementary resources.

Todd Stephenson is a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education.  He is involved primarily with fiscal issues and allocations, including those related to the Community Eligibility Provision.
