Super-Charge your Culture through the Power of Connections

Culture beats strategy so much that Culture is strategy! Staff shortages & Student absenteeism has caused increased stress/anxiety across the educational world. Creating a supportive, positive, loving space that focuses on the 'whole person' is what great organizations do around the world. Super-charging your culture increases productivity, effort, engagement. People buy into the leader before they buy into the vision and the leader's mood, energy and enthusiasm play a huge role in the culture that is created, and the energy felt by those he/she leads. This session will help leaders of all levels be clear on their 'no matter whats', as well as provide action steps/strategies used by great organizations to create a culture that people love being a part of everyday. From the culture in classroom, hallways, lunchroom, front office to the district office, strong connections and positive emotions can Super-charge any Culture and help people of all ages want to come, stay, and engage.
