


Districts and schools collect extensive data across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains, yet the utilization lacks clarity and collaboration, leaving educators overwhelmed. Through the development of an Integrated Data Protocol teams can establish clear guidelines, fostering alignment crucial for enhancing equity and access. "From Silos to Systems" will empower teams with the knowledge and tools they need to optimize resources, harness team capacity, and transform fragmented data practices into cohesive systems, promoting effective decision-making and student success.

Meagan holds a B.A. from Old Dominion University and an M.A.Ed. from the College of William and Mary, specializing in Special Education. With over 14 years of experience in public education, she has served as an Instructional Coach and Special Education Program Director, contributing to district improvement teams for Denver Public Schools, Strive Preparatory Schools, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In her current role as the Executive Director and Founder of AlignED, Meagan is dedicated to supporting the nationwide development of sustainable Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) practices, emphasizing implementation and improvement science. Her approach to continuous improvement centers on understanding the holistic needs of students and teachers, to enhance high-impact, low-burden adult practices. Through AlignED, she strives to assist school communities in adopting an implementation process that brings fulfillment back to the profession and supports ALL students.
