Carly Ambler
Carly Covic Ambler has supported Consolidation of Funds since the Initiative's inception in Georgia, first as the Title II, Part A Program Manager and later as the Consolidation of Funds Senior Program Manager. Carly has been working with Federal Programs at the state level since 2012 and has worked extensively with statutory and regulatory requirements.
