How is your state calculating the EANS allocation for private schools? What is your methodology? We're wondering if other states are using a similar methodology. In Washington state, we will provide a base allocation for every participating school regardless of enrollment. In addition to this base allocation, schools will receive a per pupil allocation (PPA) which will be weighted towards high poverty students. In other words, the PPA for assumed high poverty enrollment will be greater than the PPA for regular enrollment.
