Chad Ransom implemented the first dual immersion program in his state and has managed that program for the last 8 years. He has consulted with the start of multiple other immersion programs during that time. He holds a BA in Spanish with a Minor in Chicano Studies, a Master's Degree in Adult Education with a focus on school improvement and teacher training, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Educational Leadership. He also holds an elementary teaching credential, endorsements in ESL and Reading, as well as an administrative certification.
