PreK12 Plaza is a comprehensive bilingual educational platform (English - Spanish) where students, teachers, administration, and parents can have their own space and access to games, instructional videos, exercises, ebooks, running records, and more.
DIGITAL CONTENT: The PreK12 Plaza unique culturally relevant resources include exercises, videos, ebooks, games, and printables. Teachers can assess and keep track of students' progress through the use of standard assessments provided in the platform. Additionally they create their own assessments by utilizing the digital content to test specific knowledge and concept mastery.
RESPONSE TO INTERVENTION: The PreK12 Plaza platform allows teachers to detect academic gaps through the use of customizable reports that can be created both periodically and on-demand. Students can receive differentiated instruction based on their individual needs.
FAMILY ENGAGEMENT: This component offers tools to involve parents in the student’s educational process, including: Capacity Building on line activities, School/Parents Communication Tools, Evaluation Tools, Family Literacy Program and Academic Support, GED/TASC, ESL & Computer Skills for parents.
