Vendor Policies

Sponsorship Packages

  • Sponsorship items are available on a first come, first served basis.

 

  • Sponsorship packages require payment in full at the time of selection.

 

  • Items cancelled within 7 days of purchase qualify for a 100% refund through June 20, 2014.

 

  • Display tables are available in designated areas only.

 

  • Vendors may only attend the meetings specified in each sponsorship package, and must be passive participants.

 

Hotel Reservations

Vendors with paid in full sponsorship packages may book a room through this website at The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel.  Vendors will receive the same discounted attendee rate, however, the following special vendor polcies apply, without exception:

 

  • Rooms are available on a first-come, first reserved basis.

 

  • Reservations must be paid for at the time they are selected and may not be held without payment.

 

  • Vendors may purchase one room per company representative only.

 

  • Through June 20, 2014, hotel rooms cancelled within 7 days of purchase qualify for a 100% refund.

 

  • Refunds are not available after June 20, 2014.
