The session will view the chronic low performance and low graduation rates for the English Learner subgroup and present research-based data on how to strategically place and plan instruction for English Learners. This presentation will provide useful ways to address the often unaddressed needs of English Learners. This relevant information will ensure that leaders are equipped with the necessary knowledge to provide English Learners with adequate opportunities and the "Liberty to Learn".
