Megan Roedl

Family Engagement Specialist

Megan Roedl is an educator with twenty years of experience. During her career, she has taught high school social studies, served as a Title I Program Specialist, and coordinated family engagement in Federal Programs for a large and diverse school district. In July 2021, Ms. Roedl joined the Family-School Partnership team at the Georgia Department of Education. She now uses her passion for family engagement to support districts in the southern part of the state. In addition, Ms. Roedl oversees the Academic Parent-Teacher Teams (APTT) initiative in Georgia's schools. Dedicated to utilizing high-impact family engagement strategies to build the capacity of school staff and families across the state of Georgia and the nation, Ms. Roedl is delighted to present with her colleagues at the National ESEA Conference.
