Laura Otten has served as a Continuous Improvement Consultant for Kent Intermediate School District for over 11 years. She is responsible for guiding districts in the continuous improvement process, providing supports to Comprehensive Support and Improvement Schools, serving as a State and Federal Programs resource, and leading an Equitable Services Consortium with 19 school districts and over 100 private schools. Laura has also worked as a classroom teacher, building principal, and is currently an active board member with the Michigan Association of State and Federal Program Specialists.
