Under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund offers an unprecedented amount of funding to help schools open safely and address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs. U.S. Department of Education has provided guidance to states as they develop their ARP ESSER plans.  This session provides an opportunity for conference participants to learn about ARP ESSER funds and how they can be used, including examples of how local school districts are using their ARP ESSER grant funds.  The session will conclude with a review of available resources to support successful implementation of State and local ARP ESSER plans.
