This presentation is based on the most recent research in mind-body medicine and introduces participants to evidence-based stress management techniques. This is a mental health-focused session that will provide an overview of the effects of stress on the body and the brain and will help participants identify their personal stress triggers. The majority of this session will be focused on introducing participants to several easy evidence-based stress management strategies that can be used at home or at work.
