Danita Woodley is the Group Leader for the Technical Assistance & Monitoring Group, Student Achievement School Accountability Programs (SASA) at the U.S. Department of Education.  Mrs. Woodley is passionate about parent engagement in education with over 15 years of experience working with States, local school districts, community organizations, and parents. She is committed to the parent engagement movement and strives to enhance collaborations that support student achievement in high poverty schools.  She completed the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Leadership Program, Harvard University and the Excellence in Government Fellows Leadership Program, Partnership for Public Service.  She also received an M.P.A. Degree in Public Administration/Education Research and Dissemination, Southeastern University, a B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Strayer
