Who’s Running It? From Enemy to Ally

In this session, you will leave with a toolbox of researched-based strategies to improve school/classroom climate and culture. We will conquer obstacles every classroom teacher has faced by preparing you to successfully •Inspire the uninspired •Challenge the unchallenged •Replace order with disorder •Minimize class disruptions •Maximize student achievement, and •Put POSSIBLE back into impossible situations. Please join me in participating in a hands-on experience implementing researched based strategies that will address building relationships with students, self-control, law and order (establishing clear, concise, and consistent expectations), and elements to consider that influence classroom •arrangement.
