What Great Leaders Do: Putting the Spotlight on Staff

What Great Leaders Do: Putting the Spotlight on Staff -- Great leaders provide the support and space for the people who work for them to shine. They have an innate ability to grow and develop their staff. Great leaders recognize that the more they bring out the best in their staff, the happier and stronger the leader and employees become. Exemplary leaders see potential for greatness in everyone they supervise and see their job as cultivating that excellence. Great leaders providing a safe space to grow, open career doors, recognize staff for growth and excellence, inspire staff to stretch and take risks, and defend staff when needed. Participants will leave the workshop understanding what great leaders do to support the development of their staff. Workshop participants will also have the chance to try out their leadership skills through a variety of case studies developed from the over 40 years of combined experience of the presenters.
