Dr. Donna Elam is a nationally recognized authority in diversity and cultural competence research and training for educational, business, governmental, and community agencies. She is President/CEO of ELI, Elam Leadership Institute, a national think tank for leadership development for educational institutions working with diverse populations to address achievement and connectedness of all stakeholders. She is also the former Director of the Tampa Bay Educational Partnership, a position created to facilitate interdisciplinary research and funding across all colleges at the University of South Florida Tampa Campus. Dr. Elam is honored to sit as Educational Advisor for the Dr. C.T. Vivian’s leadership, community and educational initiatives; and has received countless recognitions and awards at the state, national and international levels.
