EDGAR Updates and Trending Costs Requirements
This session will review the recent updates under the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). It will discuss trending allowability cost requirements around items like construction, minor remodeling, capital expenditures, and outline available time and effort flexibilities applicable to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and the Elementary and Secondary Education School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds.
