EDGAR/UGG Updates: What's New, What's Not, and How to Keep Up!

With fewer state dollars available, attention turns to federal funds – and compliance with federal regulations becomes even more critical. This session will highlight requirements under the Education Department General Administration Regulations (EDGAR) and the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG), including US Department of Education interpretations, recent Office of Management and Budget updates, and flexibilities and guidance related to interruptions caused by COVID-19.
