Please note: due to technical difficulties, only half of this presentation was captured on video. This presentation explores the concepts of blending and braiding of federal education funds. It opens with an explanation of the concepts. Following will be examples of both. After the examples, the presentation focuses on the required legal authorities and then is a practical guide as to how the process works.
