WATCH D.O.G.S. ® (Dads Of Great Students) is a unique Family and Community Engagement, Educational Initiative that engages fathers and father-figures deep into the educational process of their children's schools. The WATCH D.O.G.S. ® program provides strategies, procedures, and materials designed for the school to create an environment that makes it easier for the men to volunteer. Program guidelines encourage the volunteers to take a full day off of work during the school year, and spend that entire day volunteering in their child's school in structured and productive ways that are unique to the WATCH D.O.G.S. ® program.
