Five Steps to Success for Developing School-Parent Compacts That Increase Student Success

Friday February 9, 2018
1:30 - 2:30 PM
Room 115

This session will provide the tools to construct, implement, and evaluate quality School-Parent Compacts. This tool will show participants how to move their compact from a task/shelf document to a tool that is used to increase student achievement, as well as parent and family engagement. Come learn how a new approach can provide continuity from needs assessment to campus plans to compact--all connecting the data in a way that brings home and school together. The five-step will enable your school to design and implement a practical compact to partner with teachers, families, and students to improve student performance. CD that includes full copy of manual and extensive handouts will be provided to all participants.
