Michael has spoken on the democratization of personalized learning at several conferences throughout the country including as a co-presenter at ASU-GSV (2016), Google for Education's Annual Silicon Valley Summit (2016), and several state-wide charter school conferences. Michael has worked extensively on leveraging technology for education and employment as a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company and while working at the National Economic Council in the White House under President Obama.
