Leslie D. Ingram-Johnson serves as a Title I Supervisor for Prince George’s County Public Schools. She has over 25 years of budgeting, finance, and fiscal management experience in the private and public sectors. Thirteen years of the experience has been dedicated to the Title I program in which she held many positions to include Grants Financial Analyst and Senior Budget Analyst. As the supervisor, she is responsible for overall fiscal management of various Title I grants and works collaboratively with various departments in the district to ensure the funds are utilized in accordance to the regulations and requirements while having the greatest impact on the meeting the needs of our students. Leslie has advocated for STEM after-school programs and summer resources for all Title I students so that they may have fair, equitable, and high-quality education and opportunities. To ease anxiety with budget development and fiscal management, she has streamlined processes, documents, and reports that are user-friendly. In addition, she has facilitated sessions on budget development and fiscal management. Ms. Ingram-Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Howard University. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
