Contann Dabney has been the principal of Dr. Lydia T. Wright School of Excellence in Buffalo Public Schools since the 2016-2017 school year. Before that she was principal of Early Childhood Center #17, also in Buffalo Public Schools. Ms. Dabney has been using action-based data in multiple schools over the past few years to gauge school-wide leadership effectiveness to enhance student learning.
