Barbara has been the grant supervisor for the College Spark College Readiness Initiative grant for the past six years. She has been instrumental in supporting schools in the grant including reviewing the research data, informing stakeholders of the progress of students and sites across the state. She also monitors and administers the AP fee reduction program which many Title high schools participate in as have all the AVID College Readiness Initiative sites.
