Wednesday February 22, 2017
4:00 - 5:00 PM
Room 102

A small elementary school emerging from being in "school improvement" to receiving the 2014 South Carolina Title I Distinguished School for Performance Award will share their success story. Jefferson Elementary will highlight four factors that have been their primary focus over the past few years. During the presentation they will share how they differentiate instruction for their at-risk population through a Response to Intervention Model, explain how research based resources are organized for teacher use, describe how professional development is tailored to each teacher's needs, and make available the forms developed for tracking the progress of students receiving interventions.
