Michele Hayes is currently the Director of the Kansas Learning Network. She oversees the direct-intensive supports provided to Title I schools, identified by the Kansas State Department of Education, as eligible to receive Comprehensive Support and Improvement services. Prior commitments to school improvement were under her role as the ESOL Consultant for the Kansas State Department of Education. She supported the efforts of writing the Kansas ESEA Flexibility Waiver, specifically, outlining the supports provided to Kansas Focus and Priority Schools.
