Tamara J. Kelly is the principal of Belle Grove Elementary School in the Anne Arundel County Public Schools district in Maryland. Throughout her 20 year career, Ms. Kelly has served in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher in grades 2-5, mathematics curriculum coordinator, curriculum writer, teacher trainer in mathematics, and gifted and talented instructor. Ms. Kelly has been a school- based administrator since 2012 . Ms. Kelly is an experienced presenter on a number of education related topics. Her current focus has been on the impact of a positive school culture on school communities, students, and student achievement.
Julia Taddeo is an educator with 14 years of experience in urban Title I schools. She has taught students as a classroom teacher in grades 2-6, which has provided her with a wealth of knowledge on the development of children both academically and socially. In addition, to her important role of classroom teacher, Ms. Taddeo serves as intermediate lead teacher, Collaborative Decision Making facilitator, and beginning teacher liaison at Belle Grove Elementary. Ms. Taddeo has also served on the district level as Title I Summer Academy Lead Teacher and Title I Summer Academy Site Director for Anne Arundel County Public Schools.
Deniece McClure is a Title I Reading Teacher In Anne Arundel County Public Schools district in Maryland. She was an elementary special educator in both the Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City Public School districts before moving into her current position in 2006 Ms. McClure is a teacher trainer for county curriculum and instruction, instructional coach, and oversees the Title I program at Belle Elementary School.
