How do I register for the conference?

1. Log in to your account at: www.eseanetwork.org.

2. Click on Dashboard (upper right corner).  This will take you to the Events & Subscriptions tab of the Overview section.

3. Under Events, select National ESEA Conference (or applicable events).

4. In the Registration area, click on the Register now button.

5. On the Registration page, choose: Full Conference Registration, One-Day Conference Registration, or Full Conference Registration Plus Access to Session Videos by selecting the accompanying checkbox.

6. Once you have selected your conference registration, the hotel calendar will open for you to enter your check in and check out dates. (If you plan on attending the entire conference including the Opening Keynote, make sure you select the day before the conference starts as the check-in date.)  Select the Find rooms.

7. Select hotel by placing a check in the checkbox next to your choice. (Only hotels with remaining availability will be listed).  You will be directed to enter the number of occupants, roommate names (if any), and any special requests.

8. When complete, select the Add To Cart button. 

9. Review items in the Order Summary and press the Checkout button to save your order.

10. You now have the choice to Pay Now or Pay Later. If you choose to Pay Now, follow the instructions to enter your credit card or check information.  If you choose to Pay Later, your invoice will be held for 30 days. Be sure to press the button Save order and confirm.

11. Your conference registration and hotel reservation will now appear on one invoice under the Finance tab on your Dashboard.

[NOTE: Each attendee is required to have an eseanetwork.org user account in order to register. Only one registration is permitted per account.]
